VMA Recap

VMA+Recap

If you didn’t watch the Video Music Awards last night, here are some important things that you missed.

1.) Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift, despite recent Twitter drama, came together to sing Minaj’s “The Night is Still Young,” which faded into Swift’s “Bad Blood.”

2.) Miley entered the awards on a rainbow slide.

3.) There were many memorable performances, including The Weeknd, Twenty One Pilots and Macklemore.

4.) Demi Lovato and Iggy Azalea sang together, for some reason.

5.) Justin Bieber cried after his performance of “Where Are You Now.”

6.) Taylor Swift gave Kanye West the Video Vanguard Award, which ended in a very long speech about… something. But, he did announce that he’s going to run for President. #Yeezy2020

7.) Rebel Wilson presented some awards in a revealing outfit.

8.) And finally, Minaj called out Miley Cyrus for making negative comments about her in an interview the week before, which caused some on-stage tension for the two singers.
