Ride of the week: 2010 Chevy Camaro

Senior Madison Theiss shows up to school in a 2010 Chevy Camaro.

“I used to have a Hummer, but it had like 80,000 miles on it so I had to get a new car to go to college in,” Theiss said.

Going from a Hummer to a Camaro was a quite a change, and Theiss admits that she misses the Hummer because it was big. She is unsure of how long she will keep the car she has now.

“Well my dad is a car salesman so he likes to trade cars in all the time,” Theiss said.

She has been driving the Camaro for about five months now. It’s a little small for her, but she said it was all right. Her favorite thing about her Camaro are the details that she has applied to it.

“We blacked out the taillights and blacked out the front and back emblems, and for Christmas I am getting my wheels powder coated black,” Theiss said.

For her dream car, Theiss said that she would want a pearl white Range Rover, but Theiss is not sure exactly what type of car she will get after she gets out of college.
