  • March 16The monthly board meeting took place this past Wednesday, March 16 at 6 p.m. in the Professional Development Center (Building 8). At the meeting, it was decided that Coach Kirk Bock, the current Assistant Football Coach, will now be the new Athletic Director. The school will also be hiring new teachers, including Truli Bates, Alyssa Blumhorst, Diego Lozano, Amanda Forte, and more selected educators.
  • March 14This Thursday, March 16, select students will participate in a “Block Party” - an incentive hosted by administrators to reward those who have refrained from being assigned to The Zone all semester during sixth and seventh period in the BHS cafeteria. Students can check their emails to find out whether they have been invited to the Block Party or not
  • March 13Bryant Robotics teams 5691Z and 5691X won the VEX Robotics Arkansas at the VRC High School State tournament on Saturday, March 11. 5691Z also received the Skills award. 2 out of 3 Bryant High School robotics teams qualified for the VEX Robotics World Championships in April
  • March 13The Bryant High School Concert Winds, Symphonic Winds, and Wind Symphony all received a superior rating at Region 1 Concert Assessment on Thursday, March 9 and Friday, March 10
  • March 10During advisory on Monday, March 13, juniors will be able to visit with in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities, local businesses, and military to help jumpstart your future planning and the routes to your future career available to you! Sophomores and seniors will be able to visit with the institutions during their lunches!

Juniors Izzy Sharp, Bella Curran, and Karoline Bauer in Heather Hares advisory class. As members of the prom committee, they help decide the prom theme as well as come up with decorations. “I was already in Mrs. Hares advisory and she kept telling me to join [prom committee] so that she can talk about it in advisory without having to be like ‘Izzy  please leave the room,’” Sharp said.
