Recaping the 55th Grammy’s

The 55th Grammy’s were spectacular and exciting. The show was kicked off with an odd circus like theme performed by Taylor Swift, followed up with a fabulous duet by Ed Sharron and Elton John of “ The A-Team.”

Justin Timberlake also made his comeback to the music industry, performing his new song “Suit & Tie” with Jay-Z, in a very fifties like setting.

Performances from the group Fun., Mumford & Sons, and tributes to Whittney Houston, Bob Marley and many other musical personalities, including Dick Clark were spread through the night. With LL Cool J hosting the night, it was definitely a night to remember.

As for the awards given, The Black Keys took home the most awards for the night, four in total, including “Best Rock Album” and “Best Rock Song.” As well as the power couple of Jay-Z and Beyonce taking home a collective of four awards.
