I remember when I would look at old pictures of my parents and think, “Wow, they wore that back then?” Now I am noticing that the clothes in my favorite stores favor those my parents and older cousins wore in the ’70s and ’80s. Moving forward with your wardrobe can be as simple as stepping back into the past. Here are a few of our favorite outfit revivals.
’60s – Full skirts and tea-length dresses.
’70s – Flowy-sleeve tops, vintage look, playful sundresses, and interesting patterns.
’80s – Off-the-shoulder tops, legwarmers and neon colors.
’90s – Slouchy sweaters and jeans
