    Style profile: Taylor Campbell

Senior Taylor Campbell likes to express her individuality through her wardrobe.

“I’m really inspired by what most people don’t wear. I don’t really like to follow trends,” Campbell said.

“I like the Olsen twins’ style, but some people think that they dress weird.”

Taylor says she admires Chanel, but doesn’t always have to go the expensive shopping route.

“I’m the best bargain shopper, but I will go expensive sometimes,” Campbell said. “ I like Anthropologie, Forever 21 and Francesca’s.”

Campbell said shoes are the most important, and her favorite part of any great outfit.

“My favorite pair of shoes are nude pumps that have silver spikes on the toe,” she said.

Besides shoes, accessories are the icing on top of the cake. Instead of going too big and flashy, Campbell likes to keep it balanced, i.e. a scarf, earrings and a bracelet. Not a scarf, bulky necklace and huge earrings.

An outfit that reflects her everyday style, Campbell’s Valentine’s date outfit advice is to keep it simple and pretty.

“I would say a lace dress, cutout tights and some pumps. I would also put a belt around the waist, like a crazy color that stood out,” she said.
