Beautiful Places to Take Fall Pictures

1. Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs. There is a beautiful view when you drive up the hills to the top. It makes you feel like you are on top of the world.
2. Pinnacle Mountain, Roland. This site has various hiking trails, even if you do not hike up the mountain. If you do choose to make the expedition up there, it is a rewarding overlook with vast tree lines and fall colors sprinkled about.
3. Garvan Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs. Garvan Woodland Gardens is very beautiful in the summer and the fall. There are walking trails to explore with bridges and waterfalls. If you get cold while taking pictures, you can warm yourself up in the Chipmunk cafe.
4. Petit Jean State Park, Morrilton. It has various hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls.
5. Wye Mountain, Bigelow. While this spot is most beautiful in the spring when daffodils are blooming, there are fields of flowers and trails to hike in the fall as well.
6. Hawksbill Crag Trail, Harrison. This trail leads up to a cliff that overlooks a valley. The cliff looks like a hawk’s beak, which is how it got the name. Even though it may take a while to get up there, it is one of the best views in the state.
7. River Market, Downtown Little Rock. The downtown area has many unique shops, and the bridge by the river provides a great backdrop for photos.
8. Mountain View. This is downtown area that preserves folk music by hosting festivals where people from all over the state come and play. Right outside town, you can drive through the countryside with scenic views.
9. Mount Nebo, Russellville. At the top you can see for miles all different colors for the eye to see.
10. Lake Sylvia in Perryv ville. It is a small lake that is surrounded by trees, so when the leaves fall, you will encounter some amazing shots of the leaves in the water and all the fall colors.
