I was given the opportunity to observe and record senior, Nick Skiavo, get a tattoo on his leg. While observing the tattoo, I was able to really appreciate the artistry and skill that tattoo artists have. By interviewing Nick Skiavo and Sidney Shipe, the tattoo artist, they both opened my eyes to the representation and appreciation that tattoos can give an individual. Nick Skiavo encourages others to get tattoos if they want them, but to also make good decisions by making absolutely sure that you want the tattoo you plan to get.
