Boys Basketball:

The Hornets defeated the Conway Wampus Cats 62-55 last Tuesday to widen their winning streak to eight games. Friday, the Hornets traveled to Siloam Springs looking to keep their undefeated conference record intact. The Panthers got the best of the Hornets, defeating Bryant 70-58, snapping the Hornets’ win streak. The Hornets are now 15-4 overall with a 5-1 conference record. Their next contest will be against a struggling Greenwood team this Friday.

 

Girls Basketball:

The Lady Hornets faced Conway last Tuesday and fell in a convincing 65-29 Conway victory. They look to get back on track as they traveled to take on the Siloam Springs Lady Panthers Friday, and were edged out by the Lady Panthers 54-51. After starting the season 6-6, a four-game losing skid has moved the Lady Hornets down to a 6-10 record with only a single conference victory.

 

Dance:

The Bryant Varsity Dance team traveled to Orlando, FL for this year’s UDA National Dance Team Championship. Their initial performances took place yesterday and the team finished twelfth out of forty-three teams, two positions shy of making the finals.
